fixes a couple crashes in recent D-Mods, and adds the new Turbo mode that triples the game speed when pressing Tab (e.g. to speed up lengthy cut-scenes).

DFArc v3.8.1 is a stable-branch update that mainly adds a new Dutch translation that I had forgotten to include in v3.8.
