That patch should fix yer problem, but it doesnt work on saved games (or you must use save from previous level eg.: Ghetto) so you'll either have to start over or press TAB and enter, goto ED_JW_SubwayStation Which will put you at the cutscene just after the train ride, but obviously you'll be missing all weapons n ammo you woulda collected. (Or if you use saved game from previous level eg.: Ghetto you'll have all your weapons.)
