This is the 1.4.01 patch for Majesty. This patch does not fix any bugs,
but adds 2 new quests.

IMPORTANT: Please read the workwround at the bottom of this README
for the bug in 'The Balance of Twilight'

The Wrath of Krolm
------------------
To play this quest, you need to run the original "Majesty" binary from
either your desktop environment's menu or the terminal ("majesty" as
opposed to "majx" or the "Northern Expansion" menu entry). The quest will
appear as a glowing blue star in the ocean on the lower left side of the
game map. The quest DOES NOT appear on the Northern Expansion map.

This quest was converted to Linux by Michal Spada, and kindly provided to
Linux Game Publishing

The Balance of Twilight
-----------------------
To play this quest, you need to run the "Northern Expansion" binary from
either your desktop environment's menu or the terminal ("majx" as opposed
to "majesty" or the "Majesty" menu entry). The quest will appear in the
upper part of the game map, next to the "Siege" quest. The quest DOES NOT
appear on the original Majesty map.

This quest was converted to Linux by Michal Spada, and kindly provided to
Linux Game Publishing

***IMPORTANT***
There is a known bug in "The Balance of Twilight" which causes the game to
crash at the moment when the quest is practically won. However, there is a
workaround:

As soon as you have gathered 50,000 gold needed to resurrect the sage
(it's 50,000 even though the mausoleum displays 5,000), save the game.
Bring the wizard back from the dead. The resurrected wizard will cross
the map to the location of your palace, enter the shrine of light, at
which point the game crashes. To avoid this, you need to

a) avoid selecting the resurrected wizard and following his movement
on the map at all -- simply have both maps (the big one and the
detailed one in the lower left corner of the screen) "look"
somewhere else (the shrine of darkness, for instance) while he
reaches and enters the shrine of light (you can tell the moment it
happens as the sage exclaims "remarkable" and the black phantoms
turn to flee)

AND

b) it also might help to switch the main map to the "far" zoom level
before you resurrect the wizard (smaller buildings and characters)
and have it stay that way until he reaches the shrine of light; the
appropriate button is on the right side of the mini map in the upper
left corner of the screen, below the tree icon.

Note: The bug workaround is not 100% guaranteed to work, although it did
work in 100% cases of the tests performed. If the game crashes anyway,
your best bet is to restore your savegame and try again.
