The sequel to Egosoft's space combat/trading game series, which featured such games as X: Beyond The Frontier and X2: The Threat, the follow-up X3: Reunion reconstructs the series with a new gameplay and graphics engine to delover a more immersive, living universe. The economy model has been enhanced with more complications, and the Artifical Life system has been made more realistic. The former expansion pack, X2: The Return, has instead been expanded and folded into the sequel for a bigger and more complex new game.
