Simcar was renamed to Skunks
There is new project named Skunks. It is replacement for Simcar. Skunks has version 4.0.0 (2012-04-07)

Proof-of-concept
This doesn't seem like it's a "game" per se, but a proof of concept of the simple3d library. The graphics remind me of the 1989 game Vette! (screenshots) and the physics engine is limited to say the least. Still, it's fun for a coffee break game.
