Very strict graphics requirements even though there is seemingly no effects that couldn't have been rendered during Red Alert's original release. Administrators and developers of the project could careless. I can not even run the game with my average modern 3d accelerated graphics card. Developer's have a "if you don't like it fix it yourself" response for every comment that is not in line with their personal interests.
