Report post function

I think we need a report post function.
As the DB grows, spam or breach of terms of use are likely to increase.
Members should have access to a "report post" link, (probably one per page is sufficient) to bring the attention of one admin to a forum or game entry.
if we have some more activity
if we have some more activity we will have that feature. for now evil posts are spotted and dealt with fast enough.
