Graveyard

There are often litle debates on whether removing or not dead projects, so, how about creating a Graveyard section where to stash those DB entries?
This section could be not searched by default. It would be especially useful for developers looking for a dead project to pick up and expand.

I think, that abandoned OpenSource projects must be shown, maybe someone will decide to fork or continue them.

Remember though that even there is no updating for some time, project still may be alive, as it's case with Manic Digger (there wasn't "official" update for over a year, but it's enough to take a look into forums to see it's still alive - nightly builds which are stable for most part are constantly flowing in).
