Desura beta is open. I got invitation, havn't tried yet.

If you don't know Desura, its a Platform similar to Steam but more friendly to linux and indie games developers, although it does support open source game a bit.

Linux gamers can now purchase games from there.

Personally:I will buy games, instead, I did / will continue donate to those titles never get paid.

imo, there are lots of people pay for games, in general, very few to donate to free ones. NOT fair.
