The ability to rate games when Javascript is disabled does not work.

Steps to reproduce:

• Disable Javascript
• Select a rating (such as "excellent") from the dropdown selection box ("vote") and trigger the Rate button ("op"), causing a POST.
• You are now returned to the page.

Outcome:

• The rating is not stored, and you are again presented with the same selection box and your "Your rating" is still listed as "None".

Expected Outcome:

• The rating is stored and displayed accordingly, such as "Your rating: 7"
